Bogdanov Peter Petrovich is the Head of Timing Laboratory at the Russian Institute of Radionavigation and Time dealing in common time systems and synchronization systems. In 1968 he graduated from Leningrad Institute of Electrical Engineering and in 1984 received the candidate of science degree in general engineering.
In 1996 P. P. Bogdanov was awarded State Prize of the Russian Federation in science and technology. In 2010 he was awarded a diploma of “GLONASS/GNSS-Forum” Association for his contribution to the GLONASS development.
