Kozlov Pavel
Business Development Director
Pavel Kozlov is responsible for business development of map database licensing in government and enterprise sectors within the Nokia’s business, HERE. HERE is the
world’s first pure location cloud, offering global, end-to-end experiences through content, platform and apps. Pavel is also responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders of the GLONASS program.
Previously a Sales Director in the computer products division of Philips Consumer Electronics BV, he was responsible for business development and sales support of LCD monitors, PC products and professional screens.
Pavel began his career in the IT industry as a sales representative for AT&T (now Alcatel-Lucent), where he was responsible for launching AT&T’s consumer business as well as sales of encryption devices for the banking sector. After that he worked 4 years in Hewlett Packard, where in 1997 he was promoted to lead a Consumer Product Business Organization team in Russia, where he was responsible, among other things, for the launch of a new consumer branding initiative of HP. In 2000 he accepted an offer to join the Russian operation of pan-European PC retailer Vobis as a Sales and Marketing Director where he lead the development and implementation of sales, marketing and branding strategy for the group’s entry into the Russian market.
He graduated from Communications Military College in St Petersburg.
